This innovative program, set to debut in late 2024, will empower Arabic-speaking professionals with cutting-edge CX skills tailored to the unique business and cultural landscape of the Middle East.

The online program provides a flexible learning experience through CXU's advanced platform, covering essential CX strategies and best practices. Participants will earn the Customer Experience Specialist (CXS)™ certification, recognized by the CXPA, solidifying their expertise in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
