REQUIREMENTS
Proven working experience as project coordinator or relevant experience – 3 years +
Excellent knowledge of mystery shopping /software systems – preferably Shopmetrics
Experience in conducting and managing market research projects (mystery shopping, client satisfaction, recruitment, and training of mystery shoppers)
Previous customer service experience
Experience In PowerPoint and Excel
BA degree in Business Marketing, Business Management, or Marketing Management.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Working hours: Sunday – Thursday 09:00 am – 06:00 pm
Package: Starting 7,000 AED (depending on the qualifications) + medical insurance
Brand Ambassador
The role of the brand ambassador is to handle clients’ enquiries received through different channels (phone, email, social media and chat).
Qualifications
Fluent, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic
2 – 3 years prior work experience as a sales representative or in customer service (e.g. Top 5 star hotels, top high end department stores, private jet/yachts/…)
Ideally background in the timepiece and jewelry industry, and/or in the luxury industry
Computer skills
Telephone skills
Mystery Shopper
We are looking for mystery shoppers who are fluent in Arabic and/ or English, with the following qualifications:
